✿ TERMS OF SERVICE ✿

PAYMENTS
Payments must be received up-front through VGen's payment system.
All add-on prices and revision fees are in $USD.REVISIONS
You are allowed free revisions during the sketch phase. After the sketch phase, each revision comes with a +$20 USD fee. There will be no major revisions after the final product. For Skeb commissions, there will be no revisions and you agree to accept the final product by sending your request.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery depends on the complexity of your commission and queue. It can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. You have the right to ask for an estimated deadline after fulfilling your request. If given a deadline, I will determine before the commission begins if I can complete your request. There is a rush fee if the deadline is within 1-3 weeks. (Original Commission price +25%.)USAGE RIGHTS
Do not claim my art as yours, and please properly credit my socials. (i.e. Twitter: @glaciavt) Improper use and representation of my art may result in a Blacklist, report, or a DMCA claim. There is a NDA fee of +$30 USD if I cannot publicly post the final product within 1 month.COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is split into three tiers:
• Tier 1: Personal - Allowed to use on stream, no additional fee. (Most individuals)
• Tier 2: Commercial (Limited) - Allowed to use on stream, but will be charged for marketing use on promotional material such as trailers and graphics, does not include rights to sell art as merchandise (Original price +100%)
• Tier 3: Commercial Rights (Extensive) - Includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 rights, but includes rights to sell art as merchandise (Original price +200%)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the rights and ownership to the artwork I create. The original characters themselves will remain intellectual property of their respective owners.REFUNDS
I have the right to cancel and refund your commission request at any time. There will be no refunds once your request is submitted. I will refund your rush fee if the final product is not completed before your requested deadline.COMMUNICATION
I will use Twitter or Vgen to share any work in progress with you. Disrespectful behavior or impatience will not be tolerated. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me via e-mail or Twitter.
